Hey guys I'm going to show you the brand new tens unit that showed up and actually if you look at that little model the little model number actually here this one right here if you plug that into Amazon you're actually is it it zoomed all the way up okay but if you uh if you open up the box inside the box came a 9-volt battery the actual tens unit which I'll show you here shortly of course a little user manual which I never read seen by the way don't don't screw up otherwise this thing can kill you seriously guys if you don't pay attention to it properly if you grab the pad actually while the device is on with your hand and it's on a lower extremity of your body it can kill you so I can stop your heart and it's basically suicide so just be careful and this this is another instruction manual I'm sorry that although one was a quick reference guide and this was this was the actual rapid that the 9-volt battery came in and actually came in this slot right down here but this is this is the actual tens unit I hooked it up already to myself and this is this is great this is one of the I actually had that plugged up I've been using it for the last like couple minutes and I can tell you it's honestly a lot better than what the previous tens unit I've been using so it has two cords you get your positive and the negative and there's another cord right here and I actually have them attached to the pads that are currently attached to me and what it did include I'm going to set I did include was it included these four pads so pretty much whenever you guys buy this and purchase it it comes basically right out of the box able to use it so it came with these pads so then this 10g as you can see both channels are flashing which means it's it's working this is via rate it cycles through the weight in rate but rate and width so and there's going to be your timer right there so it's going to be on for this amount of time and then after that it's going to shut off these two dials at the top these are going to be your strengths right here by the way so you turn it just like this to increase it this de lower it for the settings that you already established on it so these just twist really easily just like this on you have a nice little plastic cover it goes like this and then this door I can get it one hand up there we go so this is basically telling you if you turn the dial you turn one of these dials at the top it's going to turn it on and then if you hit the set button right here it's going to cycle through your width your rate and then how many minutes you want to set it to so I haven't tried the load yet oh oh that's interesting okay so this is going to be modulation mode it's basically pulsing on and off right now very slowly which is kind of nice this right here ski one it's actually going up really high and then it's going low so that's that's nice don't know if I'm a fan of SD - this means coming on and going off like really suddenly and it's not I don't know it's just weird it's not a steady up and down it's just a random up and down I'm not a fan of it so oh wow burst is basically it's just it's hitting it really quick and hard so that doesn't even feel enjoyable and then normal normals pretty much this is mode that's pretty much it has it on I can feel it right now it has on and it's not really going up and down so but nonetheless I purchased this because my tens one thousand broke so I dropped it shame on me and has this nice little clip these clips were coming undone and that's why it fell so that's that's what I didn't like about it and then your 9-volt by the way just the battery that comes with it so it looks like they just labeled non-health battery so not bad hopefully it lasts for a long time so cover goes on like this no than that this was about what 25 bucks I got for 25 bucks tens unit one I found so far is that just you know after the recovery time of being an amputee this has helped substantially and they couldn't get the drugs to basically calm the nerves down this is what I have been using and was using and it's been calming it down substantially so if you're having problems with nerve pain whatnot this is basically I found it to block all the nerves and then basically calm them down to the point where is at least bearable so I actually sleep at this on now I'll usually turn it on set the timer for about 60 minutes or half-hour and then just sit there and sleep of it so if you're looking for a go to real nice way to basically get rid of the pain and non non medicated this is going to be the way to do it but this is my review of the ten seven thousand I'll leave the comments and below where I got it and feel free to go ahead and purchase it any questions let me know in the comments below alright thanks guys you

Hey strong people kale back here from starting strong man calm and today I'm going to be reviewing a new product I got a ten seven thousand tens unit sent to me and I'm very impressed with it so far stronger it's a hard sport we lift heavy now I just get hurt from being a dad and having a toddler running around sleeping badly but I still have all those old injuries and you need all the recovery ninety-nine on Amazon and I think it's just about twenty to twenty four dollars if you buy it direct using uh the coupon which is automatically included it's pretty easy to figure out and set up I'll go through that as well haven't quite got all of the special features figured out but it's just worked out pretty well in comes with a you know electrode pack and you can get replacement electrode packs very cheap on Amazon as well and you know everything's nice form fit in the carrying case which is nice the wires to hook up the electrodes here's the unit itself it's pretty compact has a little clip on the back so you can just kind of clip it in your shorts or belt and it's nice the dials are under this little cover so you can't accidentally turn them up you just snap it down and keep it in place you can select the modes here under this so to set it up and get these electrodes out the wires I'm not good at keeping things organized so this side you know channel 1 and channel 2 whichever you hook up to or two of those you know get up to channel one or two and then you you can control both at the same time just use one electrodes out pack come on of them up to each it goes pretty strong like I barely have this thing on when I end up using it and reading the literature that was sent with it it pretty much says that you don't want it where it's like contracting that you know it's making the muscle like contract a whole bunch it's painful I just want like a light little simulation go into it it's like I hooked it up earlier to ride all around my forearm this is just bugging me I just had like some overuse injury or something of course I rested and everything else as well I think it says to you have to place each one about three inches apart but yeah for under $30 pretty much $25 including shipping it's $26.99 on Amazon sometimes they go a little cheaper we can buy it directly so this one's called the two pretty much turn it on just dial this dial just slightly see now it's on you can change the settings in here you can go in the mode modulation it's just you know one burst it's that and then turn the dial a little bit more yeah and even that it's like I mean barely on like two-and-a-half and sending like a little pulse like this it's a burst and it's working pretty well so I used there over the weekend about twice a day and everything felt a lot better my wife uses it on her back regularly she's had multiple back injuries she just gets like little things that get you know they just get kind of you know just tight and just a little bit of a simulation just helps a lot yeah see that's too high that is only on yeah like barely three and they say you don't want it to a point where it's like really doing the muscle right there James around a couple different modes modulation set I'm just this is more like it's kind of like going across it's like like this kind of interesting now this one feels a little better the burst is kind of weird feel yeah it's more like see what kind of rippling a little bit yeah well actually feels pretty good and then you hit mode again you can a normal of course ah so super easy to use and turn that down a little bit you know just get a little you know just making the muscle work a little get a little blood flow in there and you know you can argue the science on these products a little bit but for me I you know just anecdotally using it it's a cheap product it's not hard to use like and I've I found good benefit in the you know a couple weeks I've had this thing if you're interested in trying one of This is electric universe eyes and I just had this delivered to my doorstep and wanted to share it with you as I crack it open and try it out it's called a tens seven thousand and what ten stands for is transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation so essentially this is a battery-powered device that relieves acute and chronic pain so there are electrodes attached to the skin that transmit electrical impulses which produce a mild tingling tapping or massaging sensation so reasons postulated for the effectiveness of this method include interruption of pain impulses from the periphery to the central nervous system increased production of endorphins and improved blood supply to the affected part increased circulation encourages healing and helps reduce muscle spasms so let's open it up and see what's inside I like this carrying case so here's my electrodes they're just self-adhesive gel pads but has an electrode going into it and you place that on your skin it's a reference guide registration instruction manual and the device itself you know so it's where the electrodes are gonna plug into I'm go ahead and pop in the battery and then here's my cables for the electrodes and this is just powered off of a 9-volt battery and I've got two leads coming off and I'll plug into these electrode pads here so I've got two discrete channels and I'll go ahead and get those plugged in here and set wired up so I want to test this thing out and I'm just going to I'm gonna do it on my foot just to see what happens here so take these little guys off you've never used these before this ER just sticky pads you can reuse for a while and then you just have to replace him but the idea is wherever you're experiencing pain you want to separate it by two to six inches you never want to use this on your thorax which is your you know your chest or your stomach area from your neck down to your waist you don't want to use it anywhere there you can use it on your back your shoulders your arms your legs your feet you never want to put it you know on your head on your eyes you know or anywhere near your heart you don't want the current to run through your major organs so that's the reason why you don't want to do that because you can't electrocute yourself these things even though it says it's a a mild tingling if you crank these things up they feel it and it's it's going to not be comfortable I've got to play with these one of these before and I was quite surprised what a little 9-volt device like this can do so this one's pretty cool it's got two channels one and two so I could have two of these running at the exact same time so right here I can turn up the intensity let's just turn it on and see what happens oh oh oh gosh oh holy crap that I turned it up way too much I barely even needed to turn it up I just turned it up to maybe three and it I don't know if you saw I don't know if I captured it but Wow okay I'm gonna try this again oh this is a lot stronger than the one I used before okay um here alright uh let's see if you could see what it's going up to and see how this thing responds I am barely gonna move it okay so see that's okay I can feel it just barely tingling between the two ah see that's alright and I have it set to between 2:00 and 3:00 and that's at 150 Hertz okay so that's normal let's try a modulation just to see how that feels any different turn it Oh mmm okay so it's basically I could feel it pulsing right now that's what the modulation is doing oh man wow that's weird alright let's try to change it to burst ooh now it's real fast bursts and I feel it all the way up into my night oh wow I'm gonna try to turn it up a little bit oh that's that's Oh oh my gosh look at that so I turned it up to 3 I turned it up to 3 and like it's doing it oh man that's intense feels pretty good though it's kind of like I'm getting an exercise but I'm not doing it oh man Wow okay here look I'm gonna I'm gonna stop this and I'm gonna move this electrode over because that is right here on that sensitive part and I don't I don't need that right now my foot doesn't hurt I just wanted to test this thing out oh man all right let's try to tap again this is crazy all right let's go slow what's going on here I I'm doing something dumb I D 10t oh there it is all right oh oh so you can see it's got a different set of tendons now and it's just moving these four toes instead of my big toe like it was that one tendon that goes all the way up here man I was making it whoo Wow that's pretty awesome of course I'm sure you wanted to see my foot right but this thing is cool it definitely I feel a difference if I was having a pain in my foot I would sit here and let this run for a good twenty or thirty minutes see if I turn it down like that and it's it's - I still see it move on my toe but that doesn't hurt at all it's not intense that is a very mild tingling or tapping but if I turn it up ah ah I can take it but that's three and this thing goes all the way up to nine let's see how much I could take oh gosh it's that set that's not even halfway between three and four oh I'm gonna see if I can get to four oh man oh that's that's okay I can't I can't go any higher ah oh man okay so if there's anything that you learned if you ever get one of these devices again I've used it one time before a different type but I made the mistake of cranking it up and you don't need to do that you can't even really use half of this power you know unless it's on it I don't even know if it would be cool on your by scepter or another muscle what would it be like on your butt I don't know maybe I'll try it out one day but I'm not going to show you that anyhow very cool device I wonder if curious I'm very curious what happens if oh okay here's another lesson you should always turn it off because I felt it going through my arm all the way through my body to my foot so again you don't want to have this go through your major organs I just wanted to try this out I'm not expecting to see anything but I'm very curious can I see an arc jump between these two I don't know let's try it I'm turning it all the way up guess I could try this on a piece of chicken or something I don't see anything happening here and I guess it shouldn't well that's really cool I guess thanks for sharing this experience with me if you're having lots of pain in muscles I would recommend you get one of these even though I crank that up pretty high on my foot my right foot feels a lot better than my left foot and that was only doing it for maybe a minute or so and even though it was very intense to crank it up to four my foot feels a lot better I kind of want to try my left foot now know what what the heck I am uh I got some tension right here so let's try it let's put one right here and the other one we'll just try it right here and thank this daddy open all right let's give it a shot and I'm gonna just start that's cool oh it does feel good I'm feeling it kind of down here all my tendons that are going down yeah I can feel it down here it actually feels really good feels like I'm getting a massage right now ah man that actually helped a lot I took a long walk with the family yesterday and I was also the night before crouched down digging a hole trying to fix a water sprinkler my ankles were at weird angles and had some pressure on them for quite a while so this helped a lot look you could see my my little toes still moving over there this feels good this actual this this tendon right here is what was bothering me and you know what I'm gonna try to let me turn this off oh dude oh oh I accidentally cranked it up on to read but it hurt at first but now it feels pretty good but look at that toe oh my gosh this reminds me of a Bruce Lee movie I watched a long time ago and he had one of these on his chest and it was working out his chest but you know even though they say don't put this on here your chest oh man oh this feels good feels like I'm getting a foot massage you know it it hurt at first it didn't hurt it was uncomfortable but now feels pretty darn good oh man oh that's awesome my foot feels better and that's what a couple of minutes and I even cranked it up oh hey look my my foot actually relaxed a lot since since I started Wow okay I'm sure you're I'm sure you've had enough staring at my feet my ugly hairy pasty feet oh man this is awesome hey if you're looking for a unit I did some research and was looking for something moderately affordable that was quality that had good reviews and this ten seven thousand I really like it it's doing the job and if I want to I could have both feet going or two different areas of focus happening here it's it's fantastic my foot already feels better so ah whoa wrong way ooh oh I love it oh I do love it Wow ah that's awesome my foot feels a lot better than it did before I started that so anyhow it's what I got for you today guys see you later
